Hattan's experience covers a wide range of industries and disciplines in the public sector, including labor economics, policy impact assessments, economic planning and strategies, public awareness building, measurement techniques, and others. In the private sector, he has delivered outstanding results for companies in the financial, clothing, medical, education, food, and FMCG sectors, using expertise in Strategic Planning, Pricing, Branding, Research, Financial Planning, and others.
Over the years, Hattan has been an advisor for several Ministers, Governors, and large company CEOs, and is considered a subject matter expert in the areas of Strategy, Research, Marketing, and Government Policy.
Hattan's academic accomplishments include 2 years as a part-time faculty member in King Abdulaziz University, teaching business Bachelor Diploma students. He holds an MBA from Oklahoma University, and a Bachelor of Business from King Abdulaziz University. He is also currently enrolled in Harvard Business School’s famous (OPM) program and received alumni status in early 2021. Hattan is currently leading Strategic Gears business globally and has led numerous global alliances for the company. He is a member of the Young President Organization (YPO), United Kingdom Regional Chapter and a founding member of the Saudi Management Consultants Association.
Najib is a qualified professional with around 21 years of mixed experience in the fields of Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development. Prior to joining Strategic Gears, he was SVP in Elixir Management Consultancy. He was also a member of the team that designed and established the National Transformation Program as well as the Delivery Unit (DARIP). He served multiple clients and delivered several key projects, including the private sector stimulus, and a formulation of growth strategy for a major healthcare provider.
He had held high positions in multiple local and international blue-chip companies such as P&G, Amazon, Savola, IMC, and Elixir/McKinsey. He has delivered financial results through the design and execution of marketing, branding, communication, sales, and product development strategies.
Najib holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Al Ahliyya Amman University, and a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Informatics from the University of Sheffield.
Rabih has more than 24 years of diversified experience as a Business Executive and a Management Consultant. He is experienced in the planning and execution of business solutions and has successfully led complex change initiatives and assumed management positions in several organizations such as Andersen, Ernst & Young and Binladin Group.
His areas of expertise include General Management, Strategy Development & Execution, Change Management, Restructuring, Performance Management, Decision Support, Cost Management, Start-ups, Technology Management, Project & Program Management and Business Coaching. Rabih has led a multitude of projects in these areas for technology companies, telecom operators & utility groups, government ministries, private investment & family offices, among others, across countries spanning the GCC, Lebanon, Egypt and Turkey.
Rabih holds a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in the UK and a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Nasser held several positions at the national level with a number of government entities, the most recent of which was as an Advisor to His Excellency the Minister of Commerce. Nasser also held the position of Director-General of the General Department of Governance at the Ministry of Commerce. During his tenure at the Ministry of Commerce, he also served as a member of several committees related to foreign trade and crisis management. Nasser supervised the strategy in the National Program for Combating the Commercial Concealment.
Nasser has extensive experience in the development of systems, business and strategies. He has contributed to a number of national development projects during the past period. Nasser is currently a member of the advisory board of several private sector companies. At the beginning of his career, Nasser worked with P&G and contributed to several projects involving raising the efficiency of operations.
Farhan Ahmad Khan has over 23 years of experience spanning the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand, having served a diverse set of organisations (Fortune 500, Family run Joint Ventures, Import & Distribute and Startups). He has a proven track record in B2C & B2B business & brand strategy development & deployment, profit & loss management, brand purpose development & deployment, innovation design & delivery, digital transformation, cross-functional leadership & collaboration, influencing general managers & key stakeholders & process development to enhance efficiency & capacity.
He served as Commercial Director & Business/Brand Consultant at Infoarc, where he acted as a business and brand strategy consultant to various FMCGs, consumer durables and upcoming unicorns, developed processes to enhance efficiency and capacity for FMCGs, and oversaw brand architecture development and implementation as well as marketing research. He also served as Marketing & Strategy Director for Clorox company, where he revamped regional business, the brand, and innovation strategy towards growth, increasing revenue further by +6% and profit by +5%. Mohamed is a seasoned strategy planning and organizational development professional with over 10 years of solid experience in strategy development & execution, organizational operations & performance management, digital transformation, project management, and team leadership. Having been exposed to different lines of businesses ranging from the public sector, telecommunications regulators, and operators, as well the leading technology organizations in GCC and worldwide.
His expertise contributed to several public sector engagements in the GCC in areas such as organizational transformation, strategy execution, and national level program execution. He also contributed to building one of the Vision Realization Offices in K.S.A in an end-to-end engagement.

Fatima is a qualified professional in the fields of Public Policy and Management, Performance Management, Operations Management, Research, and Sales. She gained her experience through working in leading start-ups like Unifonic and Careem within the sectors of Information and Communication Technology and Transportation.
Fatima served several entities in both the public and not-for-profit sectors. She delivered several key projects in Saudi Arabia, including conducting job market needs assessment studies, developing strategy and organization structures, and operating the marketing and communication strategies.
Fatima holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University (Minors in Mathematics and Political Science), and an MSc in Public Policy and Management from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom.
Tariq has considerable experience in management consulting, strategy development, governance, financial performance management, and data analysis. Tariq's experience extended throughout his work with Strategic Gears on many projects and initiatives at the national level, with several agencies in various sectors such as economics, planning, financial affairs, the labor market, and the sports sector.
Tariq recently managed several projects with Saudi sports clubs under the initiative of the Ministry of Sports to develop club governance. He achieved high and distinctive results with sports clubs such as Al-Hilal Saudi Club and Al-Fatah Saudi Club by developing the integrated governance system within the clubs and building the strategy of these clubs for the next five years.
Tariq holds a Bachelor's degree with honors from Prince Sultan University in Engineering Management, and he also has certificates of financial and strategic management for executives from George Washington University.

Anas has extensive experience in strategy development, having developed and executed several strategies in different fields in the public and private sectors, seen in projects with the LCGPA and the Ministry of Hajj. Tahani has experience in technology, governance and project management as well as developing strategies and performance indicators. Tahani gained these experiences through her academic studies and practical experiences, where she worked with many government agencies in project management and governance.
Tahani has worked on a number of projects in the public and private sector, including the establishment of the Support and Liquidation Center, the development of the future plan project of the Saudi Digital Library in addition to her work at the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR) as part of the governance office and project management, and the management and governance of committees.
Tahani holds a Master's degree in Information Science and Technology from Missouri University of Science and Technology, as well as two certificates "Project Management" and "Human and Computer Interaction" from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.
Yazeed has more than ten years of experience in various fields, including in the field of advertising, digital marketing, content industry and leading marketing campaigns, and worked at the same time in the field of organizing, planning and implementing exhibitions and conferences in both the government and private sectors.
He also developed the marketing and communication strategy for the digital government, where he assessed the current situation, put the strategic foundation, and developed the communication strategic objectives and the content of the messages for all related projects.
In addition, he worked on planning and implementing more than 72 successful events at the level of the Kingdom for both the public and private sectors, the most prominent of which was the annual conference of the "Sports Federation for Islamic Solidarity" with the presence of more than 57 international delegations.

Mohammad possess a wide experience in data analyzing and events management.
Mohammed worked on building the feasibility study methodology, which is closely related to several areas, including defining the general framework of the idea, analyzing the market and setting operational plans that work on an accurate analysis of the most important risks that may affect the general feasibility of the products of Etimad platform.
He also worked on building a pricing methodology for Etimad platform products based on international and local best practices and analyzed the pricing impact of the electronic auction and the online market, which are products of new government bidding and procurement law.

Waqas has +13 years of management experience across the GCC and Middle East regions in a range of industries with a primary focus on FMCG. Waqas has worked with top multi-national brands at Procter & Gamble and Henkel and helped transform local organizations into successful multi-national organizations at Elixir Consultancy and Goody Saudi Arabia.
Waqas’ last assignment was as the Head of Innovation and Development Business Unit at Goody Saudi Arabia. While at Goody, Waqas was the leader or at the key positions in the creation and launch of a number of different successful brands. He was Head of Marketing from 2007 until 2013 and has been consulting individually since then.
